Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Manager to handle and supervise the telecalling and loan processing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, resolving issues, achieving targets, and ensuring smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong leadership and team handling skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English both)

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Target-oriented and responsible

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in team handling

• Experience in loan / NBFC / banking / collection process preferred

• Prior experience as Team Leader or Manager is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Manage and supervise telecalling team

• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance

• Motivate team to achieve targets

Issue Handling & Support:

• Handle and resolve all issues related to telecallers

• Support team members in difficult situations

• If telecallers are unable to handle any customer or issue, step in, guide them, and provide proper solutions

Training & Motivation:

• Provide proper training to new and existing team members

• Continuously guide and mentor the team

• Motivate the team to improve performance and achieve targets

Target & Performance Monitoring:

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved

• Track team performance and prepare reports

• Take corrective actions for low performance

Loan Process Management:

• Oversee loan application process from lead to disbursement

• Ensure proper verification and documentation

• Maintain quality and compliance

Collection Management:

• Monitor EMI collections and overdue cases

• Guide team for recovery strategies

• Handle escalated and critical cases

Reporting & Coordination:

• Report daily updates to senior management

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of loan/EMI and collection process

• Ability to handle pressure and manage team issues effectively

• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
