Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with Indian accounting and tax regulations.

• Key Responsibilities-Financial AccountingMaintain complete books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage General Ledger and account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory audits.
• Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Handle banking transactions and online payments.
• Prepare fund flow and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate for bank guarantees, performance guarantees, and LC documentation.
• Assist management in financial planning.
• PayrollProcess monthly payroll.
• Ensure statutory deductions.
• Maintain employee reimbursement records.
• MIS & ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
• Present financial reports to management.
• Analyze expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Skills Required-Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Tally Prime software.
