Role Overview

As an Admission Counselor, you will be the face of our academy. Your goal is to reach out to aspiring candidates, guide them toward the right career path, and ensure their enrollment in our industry-ready training programs. This is a front-line sales and counseling role perfect for someone who loves talking to people and hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call provided leads to introduce our professional courses and invite students for a counseling session.
• Walk-in Conversion: Conduct face-to-face counseling for walk-in candidates, explaining the curriculum, benefits, and placement assistance.
• Lead Management: Maintain a daily tracker of calls, follow-ups, and admissions to ensure no lead is missed.
• Goal Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets to maximize your incentive earnings.
• Relationship Building: Act as a mentor to students, helping them understand how our "Finishing School" model prepares them for roles in Retail, Automobile, and Hospitality.
• Who We Are Looking For Great Communicators: Fluency in Odia is a must. Ability to speak Hindi or English is a strong advantage.
• Target-Driven: You are motivated by earning incentives and reaching milestones.
• Persuasive & Confident: You can handle objections over the phone and convince candidates of the value of professional grooming.
• Education: Graduate (Any stream). MBA freshers looking for experience in sales/education are welcome to apply.
