📍 LocationOffice / Project Site
- 📝 Key Responsibilities📐 Prepare architectural concept designs and detailed drawings.
- 🏗️ Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
- 🖥️ Create working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- 📏 Ensure designs comply with NBC, local bye-laws, and relevant IS Codes.
- 🤝 Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
- 🌿 Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- 📅 Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- 🎓 Qualifications🎓Diploma, Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
📚 Good knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
