Assistant Manager

We are hiring an experienced General Manager for our Solar EPC company based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Solar EPC project execution including survey, design, procurement, installation and commissioning
• Lead and supervise engineering, procurement and site execution teams
• Handle client meetings, project negotiations and contract management
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in solar energy sector
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and ensure on-time quality delivery
• Coordinate with DISCOM, government bodies and get necessary approvals and net metering
• Manage Team,vendors, subcontractors and ensure cost-effective procurement
• Prepare and submit MIS reports and project status updates to management
• Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Solar EPC or Renewable Energy industry
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems – rooftop, ground-mounted and utility scale
• Experience handling government solar schemes like PM Surya Ghar, KUSUM or SECI tenders preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, inverters and solar BOS components
• Strong leadership, communication and client handling skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
