Sales & Marketing Executive

ORIGENNT Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and field visits.
• Schedule meetings and present ORIGENNT's consulting and workforce solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and business meetings whenever required.
• Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
