Position:- Building Supervisor (Fire & Safety Knowledge)

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: 📍 Patia, Bhubaneswar

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Building Supervisor with knowledge of Fire & Safety procedures to oversee daily building operations, maintenance activities, security coordination, and safety compliance. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of the premises while maintaining a safe and secure environment for occupants and staff.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Supervise daily building operations and maintenance activities.

* Monitor housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, and civil work.

* Ensure proper functioning of fire safety systems such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits.

* Conduct regular fire and safety inspections within the premises.

* Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and maintenance teams.

* Maintain records of maintenance, safety checks, and incident reports.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Handle emergency situations and coordinate evacuation procedures when required.

* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and duty schedules.

* Report operational issues and maintenance requirements to management.

Requirements :-

* Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate.

* Experience in building supervision or facility management preferred.

* Basic knowledge of Fire & Safety regulations and emergency handling.

* Knowledge of building maintenance and safety procedures.

* Good communication and team management skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Preferred Skills :-

* Fire & Safety certification will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and record maintenance.

* Basic knowledge of civil construction

Salary :- 30000-50000(Per month)
