Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s revenue targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Preferred Skills:Experience in IT / Education / Real Estate / FMCG (customize as per your industry)
