Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company-wide goals.
