Job Summary

Bhojan Catering Services is seeking an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our catering and kitchen services. The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, staff coordination, quality control, customer satisfaction, and business growth initiatives such as cloud kitchen operations and catering orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily catering and kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.

* Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to maintain food quality and service standards.

* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering orders for events and regular clients.

* Monitor inventory, raw materials, and supplier coordination to maintain stock levels.

* Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

* Plan and implement daily menus, special dishes, and new food trials with the kitchen team.

* Manage customer relationships and feedback to improve service quality.

* Support the management in developing cloud kitchen operations and online food delivery platforms.

* Supervise staff attendance, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.

* Coordinate with marketing or sales teams to increase catering orders and partnerships.

* Maintain operational records, billing, and cost control to ensure profitability.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business Administration or related field (preferred).

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering, restaurant, or food service operations.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.

* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
