About Us:
Humma is a leading farm-fresh milk delivery company, committed to delivering high-quality morning essentials. Our mission is to ensure premium dairy products through strict quality control and efficient processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the milk pouch packaging machine, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning during production.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the pouch machine to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output.
- Supervise and carry out milk pouch filling, sealing, and packaging in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate with the team for preventive maintenance as needed.
- Maintain records of daily operations, machine performance, and any repairs or interventions done.
- Assist in improving machine performance and support production targets through continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical or dairy processing are a plus.
- Prior experience in operating and maintaining milk pouch machines or similar dairy equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment.
