Job Description

  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM portal.
  • Perform analysis on property value using data, market trends, and research.
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information whichever is needed. Track property details and compare it with various websites to identify a lead. You follow a proven sales process with proper tone either through SMS/email.
  • Should be able to handle complex situations, and able to identify and remove possible deal-killers before going for the deal closure.
  • Categorizing the SMS/email as per the given criteria. Requesting data from various county sources/clients and keeping a track of the same.
  • Making sure all clients have their data ready before it goes for marketing.
  • Tracking daily/weekly/monthly tasks, campaign and marketing data for assigned clients.
