·      Collecting EMI collections of Group/Agri/IL products from the customers on daily basis who all falls under B4+ category(B4+ customers refers to those who didn’t deposit their EMIs for more than consecutive 4 months)

·      Settlement with B4+ database customer & informing respective line managers

·      Cash collections from B4+ customers on daily basis. Here referring as ‘Cash’ but not ‘EMIs’ since RCO has to collect pending consecutive few months EMIs in a bulk from B4+ customers

·      Convert loan lead base B4+ customer to disbursement(DB) for IL(Individual Loan)/Group Loan/Agri Loan/Group –Agri Loan

·      Cross sell 3rd party products such as gold loan, TW loan, FD, RD etc

·      Min 1.50 Lakhs cash collection from B4+ customers/Month

Basic Requirement

·      Must be open to travel & visit customers house for EMI collection

·      Must have a DL & TW for daily travel

Qualification, Age & CTC

·      Academic Qualification- Min 12th pass

·      Age- Up to 28 years

·      CTC- 2.50 LPA
