Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a passion for interacting with people and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on assigned leads.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and unique value of our OPSC/OAS Civil Services online courses.
• Understand the learning needs of each student and recommend the most suitable course.
• Build trust with prospects and guide them throughout the enrollment process.
• Address queries professionally and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the assigned system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and/or English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• A genuine interest in sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to quickly understand our products and communicate them confidently. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with a professional work ethic.
