Job Description
A Telecalling Executive contacts people by phone to promote construction projects.
Make outbound calls to people from the company’s database.
Identify interested customers.
Collect customer details and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Fix appointments for customers to visit the project site with the sales team.
all customers again to remind them about site visits or offers.
Maintain good communication until the customer makes a decision.
Update customer details in Excel sheets.
Keep records of calls, feedback, and leads.
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / odiya)
Polite speaking and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, word)
Confidence in talking to customers.
