Job Title: Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative (Female)
Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for a permanent work-from-home customer service position. The candidate should be fluent in Oriya & Hindi and comfortable making outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Only Female candidates preferred
- Must speak Oriya & Hindi or any other North indian language- Oriya,Marati,Punjabi,Bengali,Gujarati
- Must have a Android smartphone
- Any degree accepted
- Must be able to make outbound customer calls
- Permanent work-from-home role
- No fees or registration charges
- 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
- Mandatory to attend training sessions for 10 Hours in the first week.
- Post training Hours required to work per day
- Part Timer- 1 Hour per day
- Full Timer- 2 Hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Keep simple records as required
