Job Title: Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative (Female)

Job Description:

We are hiring female candidates for a permanent work-from-home customer service position. The candidate should be fluent in Oriya & Hindi and comfortable making outbound calls.

Requirements:

• Only Female candidates preferred
• Must speak Oriya & Hindi or any other North indian language- Oriya,Marati,Punjabi,Bengali,Gujarati
• Must have a Android smartphone
• Any degree accepted
• Must be able to make outbound customer calls
• Permanent work-from-home role
• No fees or registration charges
• 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
• Mandatory to attend training sessions for 10 Hours in the first week.
• Post training Hours required to work per day

1. Part Timer- 1 Hour per day
2. Full Timer- 2 Hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Provide information and handle basic queries
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
• Keep simple records as required
