Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents(if required) for Partner Universities courses
  • Understand students’ academic goals, strengths, and challenges to recommend a suitable Course
  • Convert leads through effective follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
  • Maintain and update lead interactions, conversions, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Deliver empathetic, honest, and impactful counselling to build long-term relationships
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for counselling and conversions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / counselling / sales
  • Langauge : English, Hindi ,Oriya (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
