Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and converting leads into successful admissions for various university courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on education programs and course offerings.
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.
• Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain and update student databases and call records.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Assist students during form filling, documentation, and admission formalities.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and other outreach programs as required.
• Developing innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
• Handling the end-to-end admission process and facilitating the entire enrollment process.
• Resolving queries of students and their parents related to courses, and the admission process.
