Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and tech-savvy Admission Counselor to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aspiring professionals looking to advance their careers through our Online MBA programs. You will manage the entire enrollment funnel—from initial lead engagement to final admission—ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every candidate.


Sales: Reach out to leads via call/email to pitch MBA programs and specializations.

End-to-End Counseling: Evaluate candidate profiles and assist with documentation (SOPs, entrance exam queries, and applications).

CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up schedules to meet monthly enrollment targets.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with strong persuasive skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile sales apps, and cloud-based workspaces.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
