Job Summary:

Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd. is a leading interior design and manufacturing company specializing in modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, office interiors, and complete residential and commercial interior solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the Sales and Design teams, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into business. Candidates with experience in the interior design, furniture, home décor, real estate, or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website enquiries, referrals, and other sources.
• Receive and handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Explain the company's interior design services, products, and project process.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits, site visits, or meetings with the Interior Designers and Sales Team.
• Regularly follow up with prospective customers to increase conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel with enquiry status.
• Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Project teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Achieve daily calling, appointment booking, and lead conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports for the Reporting Manager.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma in civil and above in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Customer Service or Sales is an added advantage.

 Experience:

•  1–3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive and Sales Coordinator.
•  Experience in interior design, furniture, home décor, architecture, construction, or real estate will be preferred.
• Fresher with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

 Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication in Odia, Hindi, and Basic English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
•  Ability to work under targets and manage multiple customer enquiries.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Rs.12000 - 18000.
• Performance incentives may be offered based on lead generation and conversions.
