Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 5+ years of experience to manage our daily financial activities, tax compliances, and payroll filings. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime, GST compliance, and statutory filings like PF and ESI.

• Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger balancing, journal/cash vouchers, and bank reconciliations in Tally.
• GST Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation of GSTR-2B, and ensure accurate ITC claims.
• Statutory Filings: Prepare, calculate, and file monthly Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) returns.
• Taxation: Assist with direct tax computations, TDS deduction, and TDS return filings.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and assist in year-end auditing procedures.
• Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
• Software Skills: High proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Education: Graduate (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GST laws, PF/ESI portals, and ledger accounting.
