Job Description
1. Daily Tally Prime entries for sales,service purchases, payments, receipts, and stock journals
2. Ensure 100% E-invoice IRN generation for B2B bills
3. GST compliance: Reconcile GSTR-2B vs Purchase, prepare GSTR-1 & 3B drafts by 5th of every month
4. Bank reconciliation daily and
5. Manage NEW-STOCK & Rental stocks & godown stocks in Tally
6 . Track CPAP/BiPAP rentals via Asset Register
7 Prepare 9 MIS reports in Excel daily basis from 9 current account & bank reconcile
& by 5th: Sales, Debtors Ageing, Stock, Bank Reco, HSN Summary, Revenue Check
8. Day-end closing: Cash verify, sales summary, Tally backup
9. pf & esi filling
*Skills:* Tally Prime + GST, & Excel
*KPI:* Zero GST Error, 100% same-day entry,
Monthly MIS by 5th of Every Month
Daily MIS by evening
