Job Description
We are Hiring for Field Collection Executive
Location - Bhubneswar
Salary - 12 to 15k after deducting pf and esic
Key Responsibilities and JD Details
- Payment Collection: Proactively visiting customers (B2B/B2C) to collect overdue payments and reduce outstanding, bad debts.
- Customer Interaction: Resolving customer disputes regarding billing to facilitate faster payment collection.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring accurate documentation of receipts, maintaining collection records, and providing daily updates.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling payments, circuits, and invoices from customers monthly or quarterly.
- Target Achievement: Hitting daily/monthly collection efficiency targets.
