Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare invoices and billing accurately.
- Maintain daily cash book and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Process online payments to employees and vendors.
- Manage GST returns and statutory compliance.
- Handle Tally Prime/ERP accounting.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and accounting records.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and banking transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred: Experience in manpower, security services, or facility management companies.
