CTC: Up to ₹3.99 LPA

Role Overview

The Unit Manager / Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to drive health insurance sales and achieve business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents.
• Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Drive health insurance sales through agency channel.
• Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous support.
• Conduct regular meetings and field activities with advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Maximum 33 years
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, BFSI, insurance, or agency channel preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to recruit and manage a team
