Job Description
Lead and manage a team of sales executives/advisors/agents
Achieve monthly and yearly life insurance sales targets
Generate new customers through direct sales, referrals, field visits, and leads
Build relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support
Explain life insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, child plans, ULIPs, retirement plans, etc.
Recruit, train, and motivate advisors or sales staff
Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Conduct customer meetings, branch activities, presentations, and local marketing campaigns
Ensure policy issuance, premium collection, and customer documentation are completed properly
Handle customer queries, complaints, and renewals
