We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base by connecting with businesses and offering them effective advertising & marketing solutions. 🚀

💼 What You’ll Do

🔹 Identify and generate new B2B leads

🔹 Approach businesses and decision-makers to generate sales opportunities

🔹 Meet prospective clients and understand their advertising & marketing requirements

🔹 Pitch and present our advertising, branding and marketing solutions

🔹 Negotiate with clients and close new business deals

🔹 Build and maintain long-term client relationships

🔹 Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients

🔹 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments

🔹 Coordinate with creative and operations teams for smooth project execution

🔹 Attend client meetings, networking events and business meetings as required

🔹 Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/client records

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing

✅ Experience in advertising, marketing, media, branding or related industries is preferred

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners and decision-makers

✅ Good presentation and pitching skills

✅ Strong follow-up and client-conversion ability

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven and result-oriented

✅ Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

🚗 Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Preferred

Candidates with their own two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be preferred. A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
