Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and promoting our solar energy solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of solar products, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
- Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Customer Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our solar products and services. Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and address any questions or concerns.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to improve strategies and offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
