Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Create and implement marketing plans, manage social media, and oversee marketing materials to promote brand awareness.
  • Sales Generation: Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitor products and current market trends.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with internal teams (creative, sales) to align efforts and create sales performance reports. Betterteam +6

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and client interaction.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to persuade prospects and close deals.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and track ROI on marketing campaigns.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a combined sales and marketing role, often 1-3 years.
