Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, networking, and security systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Set up DVR/NVR systems and ensure proper recording functionality
- Perform regular system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in cameras, cabling, and network connections
- Configure remote viewing on mobile and desktop devices
- Work with IP cameras, analog cameras, and wireless systems
- Ensure proper cable management and system documentation
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients
- Coordinate with team members for project execution
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security equipment
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches)
- Ability to handle tools and wiring (crimping, drilling, etc.)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Certification
- Prior experience in CCTV installation preferred
- Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel for onsite installations
- Ability to work at heights and in different environments
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
