Job Description
We are looking for a confident and smart Customer Success Executive who can handle client communication, give software demos, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication (call, WhatsApp, email)
- Give software demo & presentation to clients (Govt/Private)
- Manage client queries, complaints & follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical team for issue resolution
- Track project progress and update clients regularly
- Support sales team during client discussions
✅ Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Odia)
- knowledge of computers & software usage
- Confident in speaking & presentation
- Ability to handle pressure & multiple projects
- Willing to attend client meetings (if required)
🎓 Qualification
- Graduate (ITstream)
- MBApreferred
⭐ Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years in Customer Sales / IT company
- Experience in software or government projects is a plus
