Job Description
- The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the final stages of the sales process, ensuring that qualified leads are converted into successful property transactions. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships through to closing.
- Manage the closing process for property sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions to finalize transactions.
- Review contracts, agreements, and documentation before closing.
- Negotiate final terms with buyers and sellers to secure successful deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Track and report closing metrics, conversion rates, and timelines.
- Collaborate with sales executives to improve lead-to-close efficiency.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a smooth handover of property.
