Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, field-oriented, and self-driven candidate responsible for acquiring new

clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting SUNAMONI’s financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through direct sales and field activities.

• Promote Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, Bonds, PMS, AIF.

• Guide clients in financial decisions.

• Maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred).

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales is mandatory.

• Preferably experience in financial services sector.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Candidates based in Bhubaneswar preferred.

• NISM/IRDA certifications are an added advantage.
