Job Description
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Present products or services to customers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals.
- Sales Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales progress, track performance against targets, and generate reports.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as logistics, installation, accounts to enhance the customer experience.
- Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock of products to meet customer needs.
- Problem Solving: Address customer queries, complaints, and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Industry Engagement: Promoting company products to Government & other institutional customers
