Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in your work.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: - Experienced Databricks developer and architect with strong PySpark skills
- Knowledge of the Medallion architecture and ability to create pyspark based ETL templates for data movement across the bronze, silver and gold layers
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Experience building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
- Strong Understanding of the Azure cloud platform
- Strong in Data modeling
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
