Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of software tools and platforms to support product lifecycle management.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
