Job Description
Supervise and guide the customer care team to ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Monitor team performance, call quality, and customer satisfaction levels, providing coaching when needed.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective solutions are provided.
Prepare and maintain reports on team productivity, customer feedback, and service metrics.
Coordinate with other departments to improve customer experience and achieve service targets.
