Farm Manager – Job Summary
Manage overall farm operations from construction to commercial production
Monitor staff, crops, livestock, and daily activities
Ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
First key hire in a startup setup
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operations & suggest improvements
Plan planting & harvesting schedules
Inspect crops, livestock, soil & water
Manage procurement (seeds, fertilizers, etc.)
Oversee equipment maintenance
Handle sales & marketing of farm produce
Ensure health & safety compliance

Requirements
