Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the Shopdeck store.
  • Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including listings, orders, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Monitor and coordinate order processing, fulfillment, returns, and logistics.
  • Resolve operational challenges and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support teams.
  • Create product catalogs, banners, creatives, and marketing materials using AI tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media content and marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize product listings and ensure accurate product information across platforms.
  • Track business metrics, sales performance, and operational reports.
  • Research new tools, technologies, and growth opportunities for the business.
  • Support the founder with day-to-day business activities and special projects.
