Job Description
Supervise the customer care team and ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training to improve service quality.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports, track KPIs, and ensure service targets are achieved.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain customer records, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
