Job Description
Bijayalaxmi Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join the Odisha News Now team. The ideal candidate should have experience editing news, digital media, and social media content with fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit daily news videos, interviews, breaking news, and special reports.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and social media videos.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and subtitles.
- Enhance video quality with color correction and audio editing.
- Work closely with reporters, anchors, and the content team.
- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition is a plus.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and social media publishing.
- Basic knowledge of camera footage handling and storytelling.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure during breaking news.
