Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Assist customers with policy servicing, renewals, and premium payments.
Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide information about insurance products, benefits, and services.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
