Job Description
- 📝 Key Responsibilities
- 🌱 Seamless Onboarding: Guide new clients through a smooth implementation process, ensuring a quick "time-to-value" and a fantastic first impression.
- 🤝 Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across your portfolio of accounts.
- 📈 Strategic Value Adoption: Proactively monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns to help clients optimize their workflows and unlock the product's full potential.
- 🔁 Churn Mitigation & Retention: Identify at-risk accounts early and implement proactive retention strategies to keep churn at an absolute minimum.
- 💰 Expansion & Upsells: Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion, feature upgrades, and contract renewals.
- 📢 Customer Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the customer, gathering product feedback and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation.
- 🎓 Education & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and reviews (QBRs) to keep clients informed about new features and best practices.
