Job Description
*Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
*Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Monitor team performance and provide guidance/support
*Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
*Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
*Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Candidate Requirements
*4-8 years of experience in sales and team handling
*Prior experience in Civil Construction or Real Estate industry preferred
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
*Ability to handle client meetings and negotiations
