Job Description
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the given timeline.
Follow up with customers regarding queries, services, and pending requests.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update the CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports related to customer calls, queries, and resolutions.
Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.
