Job Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy: Plan, launch, and manage SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ad campaigns [1].
• Content: Maintain and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• SEO/SEM: Optimize paid search campaigns and website structure to maximize ROI and organic traffic.
• Analytics: Track weekly and monthly KPI metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot [1].
• Conversion: Design and test landing pages to optimize user funnels and reduce customer acquisition costs [1].
• Budgeting: Allocate and monitor monthly ad spends across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.

• Organic Traffic Growth (SEO)
• Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–5 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand management.
• Tools: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO suites (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
• Skills: Strong copywriting, data analysis, A/B testing, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
