Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Convert architects' concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  • Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and submission drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
  • Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain drawing records, project documentation, and version control.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and material schedules when required.
  • Conduct site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
  • Support 3D modeling and visualization activities using Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
