Job Summary:

The In-House Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services for company staff, management, guests, and official deliveries. The role also includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition and ensuring compliance with all traffic and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for official duties and business requirements.
• Pick up and drop off management, employees, guests, or clients as assigned.
• Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and other official materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential checks.
• Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or accidents immediately to the Administration/HR department.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, insurance renewal, pollution certificate (PUC), and other vehicle documentation are up to date.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, including trip details, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with other administrative or operational tasks when driving duties are not assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while performing official duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).
• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a professional driver in a hotel, corporate office, or similar organization.
• Familiarity with local routes and nearby cities is preferred.

Skills

• RequiredSafe and defensive driving skills.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi/Odia (English is an advantage).
• Professional attitude, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
• Working Hours As per company policy and operational requirements.
