Job Description
A Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE) is an on-ground role responsible for merchant acquisition, product deployment (EDC Swipe Machine), and daily market visits to drive digital payment adoption. It is a full-time, field-based role focusing on B2B sales, KYC completion, and merchant relationship management with a salary often ranging between ₹23,000–₹33,000 per month plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Onboarding: Visiting local markets to onboard new merchants to the Paytm ecosystem.
Product Deployment: Installing and explaining Paytm products like EDC/Card Swipe Machine.
Sales Targets: Achieving daily and monthly targets for new installations and transaction volume.
Relationship Management: Revisiting existing merchants to resolve issues, ensure usage, and improve retention.
Market Intelligence: Providing feedback on competitor activity and market trends.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Typically 10th pass, 12th pass, or any degree.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0–5 years in sales (Fintech, Telecom, Banking and Retail) is preferred.
Requirements: A two-wheeler and an Android smartphone are required.
Skills: Good communication, local area knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Estimated ₹23,000–₹33,000 per month (varies by location/experience).
Incentives: Performance-based incentives, often up to ₹10,000+ per month.
