Front Office Executive & Restaurant Supervisor

oversees daily operations and staff across departments like the front desk, housekeeping, or food and beverage

Shift Management: Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments are adequately staffed and meeting performance

Guest Services: Provide exceptional hospitality, handle escalated complaints or special requests, and ensure prompt, satisfactory resolutions

Staff Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule team members. Monitor their productivity, hygiene standards, and appearance

Quality Control: Conduct routine walk-throughs and inspections to guarantee that rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean and maintained.

Administration & Billing: Monitor financial transactions, audit the cash drawer or ledgers for accuracy, and assist with inventory management.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to guarantee smooth arrivals, departures, and VIP guest experiences.

 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or housekeeping. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred

 Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems

Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
